Our team is available for members’ urgent medico-legal enquiries and emergencies 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

If you need immediate assistance, the number for the 24/7 medico-legal team can be found in your certificate, as well as in the membership agreement.

For all non-urgent requests for medico-legal assistance – please complete the form below.

• Please provide as much detail as possible, including dates.
• To protect patient confidentiality, please do not include any details that may identify the patient.

The request for assistance will be referred to a medico-legal adviser, who will review your request and will contact you as soon as possible (usually within two working days).
